We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Please note that items sent back without prior approval or without initiating a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can assess the situation and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For the fastest way to get the item you want, return the item you have, and once the return is processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, no questions asked. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
